Did you find that the cover and title represented what the story was really about? Cover and title were fitting.

What did you think of the ending? The end was another interview. Yes, I would rewrite the ending with how much these people have lost when they allowed drugs to take over.

Is the story plot or character driven? I believe this is more plot driven. The central theme was drugs.
